General Purpose of Contract:
Successfully obtaining a co-mayor for the town 'Preston'

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will give nicit6 the position of co-mayor of 'preston'. Under this role, he/she must agree to.

Not boot any other co-mayors 'runboy398'Give 75% of profits from selling plots to 'Swiggle'
Help build the town 'Preston'
Not kick Swiggle from the town 'Preston'
If these rules are not followed, an immediate kick from the town is in place.
