General Purpose of Contract:
<general outline of what the contract is for.> I give poptheman1 a Efficiency 5, Fortune 3, and Unbreaking 3 diamond pickaxe and he pays 7k up front. Then in a week from now, he pays me 6k.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
