I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to provide thomasku11 a melon sword upon receiving 190k. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Thomasku11 agrees to pay me $190k before receiving the sword and then to pay me 25k per day for 3 days and then on the fourth day, he is to pay me 15k. This will total 280k. This agreement starts on the 6th of August and finishes on the 10th of August. If thomasku11 fails to pay back 25k per day, I will allow for 1 day extra to get the 25k and if two days are without payment, he is to owe me 30k instead fo 25k, thus totaling 285k on the final payment. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
