General Purpose of Contract:
To safely ensure the sharing of an eff 7 pick.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, xPurexCorex, agree to share an eff 7 pick with Emongolab. I agree that I am paying 66% of the pick and Emongolab is paying 33% of the pick. In the event I break it while using it, I will have to pay Emongolab 33% of the cost of the pick. Both parties agree that the eff 7 pick is worth $500,000.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Emongolab agrees to share the eff 7 pick with xPurexCorex. Emongolab agrees to pay 33% of the worth of the pick. In the event Emongolab breaks the pick he will have to pay xPurexCorex 66% of the worth of the pick. Both parties agree that the eff 7 pick is worth $500,000. Emongolab agrees that in the event xPurexCorex requests the pick then the pick is to be given to xPurexCorex.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes
