IGN: cainam Users Involved in this Contract: kubak711 General Purpose of Contract: Buying the town GregFarms I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to transfer sole ownership of GregFarms, located at -14684,-1249 -> -14884, -1049 for $80,000. Upon receiving the initial payment of $20,000, I will immediately use the command: /rg addowner GregFarms kubak711 Upon receiving the final payment, I will immediately use the command: /rg removeowner GregFarms cainam While I am co-owner of the farm I will not place locked chests, signs, etc. in GregFarms. I will not add any new members or owners, unless at the request of kubak711. I will not remove kubak711 as an owner unless he is at least 2 payments behind. Payments made in advance will be counted toward the next payment due. If I am removed as an owner prior to the final payment I have the right to file a complaint to reclaim the town, as I retain partial ownership until the final payment is made. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: kubak711 will provide an initial payment of $20,000, then follow up with $5,000 each week until the full $80,000 is paid. While payments are being made, cainam will not be removed as co-owner. kubak711 has the right to add members and other owners at his discretion, and may remove other members and owners. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
