I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, StoneIronZ, agree to give the mentioned user my Efficiency 7 pickaxe to use for 1 hour for 10,000 ecd. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Before giving the pickaxe to the user for 1 hour, he will have to pay 10,000 ecd. After the transfer is complete, he is free to use the pickaxe. After the hour is up, I will pm him and he WILL give the pickaxe back. If the Pickaxe is not returned to me after 1 hour is up, he will need to repay me 550k. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. please clarify if it is returned 1 min past an hour is the 550k due or is it based on damage or inability to return?
so just to clarify if i dont return it i will be charged 550k but if im slightly late like a minute or so i wont be charged right?
