General Purpose of Contract:
For VTFAN8 to purchase a spawn-portal at his original Mayor town that I, Bagoschwago, am now owner of.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will provide VTFAN8 80,000 Eco Dollars (75,000 for portal and 5,000 for his time). In return he will submit application and follow through with portal submission and approval for a portal for his original town Minetropolis.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
VTFAN8 will submit application and follow through with getting portal approved for his original mayor town of Minetropolis. VTFAN8 understands that 75,000 Eco Dollars is for the cost of the portal and that 5,000 Eco Dollars is his payment for his services. The 75,000 Eco Dollars is not VTFAN8's to spend but he/she is holding as a bank until Andrew (Server Owner) removes funds and creates portal. If VTFAN8 spends any part of the 75k Eco Dollars and is unable to complete the portal creation on his original town, Minetropolis, this contract will be considered broken.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
