IGN: Billybue24 Users Involved in this Contract: Sekatorr33 General Purpose of Contract: 4 hour MSword rental I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will allow Sekatorr33 to rent my MSword until 1:55 PM ET The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Sekatorr will pay me 20k before the MSword is handed over. He can not break the sword, or lose the sword. If he does, he will owe me $550,000 ECD or a new MSword. Also, he can only get repairs through a mod. Sekatorr will also have a chest /cmodify so that I can open it. At or before 1:55, he will put the MSword in the chest so I can retrive it when I like. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
