General Purpose of Contract: Ensure safe trading of spawnshop.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will be giving Seawiiplay 50k + 20k for transfer fee's of his spawnshop, which he will give to Clou44. I will also give clou44 20k so that she can transfer the shop to me as soon as she has ownership of it.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Seawiiplay will put in a transfer application to give station #24 to Clou44 as soon as this contract is approved and he has received the 50 + 20k, I will then put in a app to give station #72 to Seawiiplay, As soon as clou44 gets access to Station24 she will put in a new transfer app giving Station #24 to me pbrassat17.
