General Purpose of Contract:
This contract is so I can ensure and be safe about that I will never be removed from the town or the clan. So I will invest and be safe that I will never get removed.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Mchelix3000, By signing this contract would agree to give me Total Co-owner ship of the town 'HeliosVortex' and leadership of HeliosVortex. We are associated but I'd like this contract made. So what I already stated means that he will not be able to remove me from clan/town. We will have the same powers over the town, we both will make decisions and the only extra-power he will have is to place town features apps. Since we're looking to do a massive farm too. The profits of the farm will be MChelix %60 and I'll get %40 Of ALL the profit.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
