General Purpose of Contract:
Transfer to KMaxwell of ownership of my all my towns and belongings, except my spawnshop.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I am immediately transferring full ownership of all three of my towns (Redrock, Redridge, Labyrinth) to KMaxwell. I will remain the "original owner" of those towns, until such time as she wishes to make a town claim. At that time we will do a separate contract for the town claim(s). Also, KMaxwell may do LWC Removals on ALL my belongings, I hereby transfer full ownership and control of my belongings to her, except my "Melon Sword" and my Efficiency VII pickaxe, both of which I give to Lady_Frost. I have not yet decided what to do with my "spawnshop", I will be either doing a forum auction for that, or a transfer contract. I have already voluntarily transferred nearly all of my EcoDollars to KMaxwell (5.6M, mainly gotten through donating to the server on behalf of other players). The current remainder of my balance (~80k) will be used for the transfer of my spawnshop.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
KMaxwell must give Lady_Frost my Melon Sword and my Efficiency VII pickaxe. Do not do any town claims without my written separate contract approval. If I need to apply for any "town features", please transfer me the money so that I have sufficient balance for me to successfully apply for those features.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
