General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of an Efficiency 7 Pickaxe named “Thunder Breaker”

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

1. Clou44 will provide Ninjazownager with the Efficiency 7 Pick “Thunder Breaker” in a chest locked to only Clou44 and Ninjazownager.
   1. This will happen only after Ninjazownager has paid the initial payment of $400,000

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

1. Ninjazowanger will pay Clou44 an initial payment of $400,000. Then the pick will be provided
2. Within 4 days of the inital payment and the receiving of the pick, Ninjazowanger must pay Clou44 the remaining $150,000 cost.
   1. In the event this amount is not paid on time Ninjazowanger will have 1 day to pay off the amount before a the staff are involved. This day will come at an additional $20,000 fee.
   2. In the event the five days have gone by and the full payment of the $150,000 has not be paid plus the fee, in the event it was not paid in four days, then Ninjazowanger will be found in breach of contract.
      1. In the event this contract is breached via not paying off the original cost of $150,000 then upon being unbanned Ninjazowanger agrees to give the pick back to Clou44 with no refund for the amount already provided.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
