I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: In addition to the transfer of 120k ECD to player CassieCasanova for the purchase of a melon sword on 12/16/2013 (as agreed upon in [Contract 1], I will loan an additional 60k for the same purpose as stated above (For A Total Of 180k ECD), and will not collect the money from the sign located at (-4187.5, 63, -6150.5) [North] until it stores 250k ECD. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: CassieCasanova will pay me back a full amount of 250k ECD before the end of TWO week's time, 12/30/2013. CassieCasanova will store payments into a sign located at the co-ordinates (-4187.5, 63, -6150.5) [North] at any point in time. If payments are not completed by that time, there will be an additional 5k fine for each day, up to a maximum of three days with a maximum total fine of 15k ECD. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
