General Purpose of Contract:
A trade of an Eff 7 pickaxe. (efficiency 7, silk 1, pickaxe)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I would buy monkeymax13 2 ECC giftcards today, and I would pay 100k per week until I reach 450k with the giftcards included. Original Price: 550k but with 2 ECC giftcards is 450k.
Week 1 (Today): 2 giftcards
Week 2: 100k
Week 3: 100k
Week 4: 100k
Week 5: 100k

Week 6: 50k
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Monkeymax13 would give me the pickaxe on this plan. I would be giving him 2 ECC giftcards if I can't meet the requirement of 100k in a single week. He must agree to all of this.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
