General Purpose of Contract:
EFF 7 pick payment plan

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to provide chargers2417 with a EFF 7, Silk 1, Unbreking 3 diamond pick following his first upfront payment. I Also agree to set up a sign in a place he choose in order to receive the payments for said pick. (NOTE: not all payments must be done through sign. This is purely incase 1 do not see him online or i am offline for an extensive period of time.)

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Chargers2417 must pay 1 upfront payment of 120k. (He will receive the pickaxe following this transaction) Chargers2417 must agree to pay 60k per week for 6 weeks. On the 7th week he must pay 40k. If a payment is not made on the due date (12:01 am EST of the following day) Chargers2417 will need to pay an additional 8.5k per day each day late. These payments do not need to be payed at any specific date, but all late fees will continue to add up after the final weekly payment until all money has been payed. If Chargers2417 fails to make the 60k weekly payment for 2 consecutive due dates I alpert3925 have the right to re-claim the EFF 7 pick and keep all previous payments made by Chargers2417. If at any point Chargers2417 feels as if he has to many things to do and cannot keep up with the weekly payments, he has the option to back out of the agreement. In this case Chargers2417 will return the EFF 7 pick and I will pay him half of the down payment. This "back out" can only be done in the first week of the payment plan.

The Following due dates are all that Chargers2417 must pay myself, alpert3925, the weekly payment:

Week 1: December 30 2013, 11:59pm EST
Week 2: January 6 2013, 11:59pm EST
Week 3: January 13 2013, 11:59pm EST
Week 4: January 20 2013, 11:59pm EST
Week 5: January 27 2013, 11:59pm EST
Week 6: February 3 2013, 11:59pm EST
Week 7: February 10 2013, 11:59pm EST


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
