General Purpose of Contract:
Rental of Twistedjonny's eff7 pick


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I will rent Shotgunboy0130 my eff7 pick on December 29th, at 9:25 pm EST

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• Shotgunboy0130 must pay $100,000 ECD to Twistedjonny after renting the eff7 pick for 1 week
• Shotgunboy0130 must return the eff7 pick to the designated shared chest by , January 5th 2014 at 10:00 pm EST, and pay the $100,000 to Twistedjonny.

• Shotgunboy0130 must not give the eff7 pick to anyone else, except for staff for e-repairs.
• If the eff7 pick is lost, stolen, broken, and/or not returned, Shotgunboy0130 must agree to repay me a sum of $650,000 ECD total within 2 weeks, every day over due they will pay an additional 25k for 5 days, after 5 days a complaint will be made for breach of contract.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes
