General Purpose of Contract:
Safe Efficiency 7 Pickaxe Rental.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will give @MSU_SPaRtAns321 my Efficiency 7 Unb3 SilkTouch1 Pickaxe to use for 12 hours and he will pay me 15k ECD. After the 12 hours is up, he will give the Eff7 Unb3 Silktouch1 pickaxe back.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1. MSU_SPaRtAns321will NOT break the pickaxe.
2. MSU_SPaRtAns321 will NOT lose the pickaxe.
3. Each transfer of the pickaxe for e-repairs MUST be through a chest.
4. The transfer of the pickaxe from myself to him and him to myself MUST be through a chest.
5. User must ONLY get e-repairs from staff members online and/or from himself if he has repairs. If no staff member is present he is to get erepairs only from @BackToThePast, @NAVYSEALS2000, @Falconaire(moderator), @chargers2417, @spidawg, @Ema1000.
6. MSU_SPaRtAns321 will not sell the pickaxe.
7. MSU_SPaRtAns321 will pay me 15k ECD.
8. MSU_SPaRtAns321 may only use me, ArisenBatman for E-Repairs as a last resort.
9. If I, ArisenBatman am not online at the end of the 2 hours MSU_SPaRtAns321 must return the Eff7 Pickaxe to the donation chest in my town; or MSU_SPaRtAns321 may request to turn it in to a staff member that is online (mail me if this is the case) - I will then collect the Eff7 from staff when I return online.

If any of these 9 rules are broken, or my Efficiency 7, Silk touch 1, Unbreaking 3 Pickaxe is not returned in 12 hours of when this contract is approved, @MSU_SPaRtAns321 will have 1 and 1/2 weeks to pay 650k ecd or a new Eff7, Silk1, Unb3 Pickaxe to me.

Disclaimer: MSU_SPaRtAns321 and I have agreed to split the 12 hour time into parts. All times shall be recorded on signs, screenshotted (with timestamps), and returned to the designated Donation Chest when not in use.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
