General Purpose of Contract:
EFF 7 pick payment plan

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to provide David_Torento with an eff 7 pick. Also there will be a sign set up for hime to make the weekly payments
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
David_Torento must pay 200k Upfront and buy a $10 gift card for me within 48 hours of reciving the pick, (must pay 200k before reciving the pick. Must buy giftcard within 48 hours), for me, alpert3025. David will have to pay 135k per week. If these payments are not made By there due date (12:00 am est of the following day) David will return the eff7 pick with no refund of any money previously paid to me unless an agreement is made by David and I. If David Breaks, looses or does not have the pickaxe for any reason he still must make the payments. If he cannot make the payments and does not have the pickaxe, David will have 3 weeks to pay 750k.

These are the Due dates for each weekly payment:

January 8-135k
January 14-135k


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
