Selling the town of ARCADIA to sloppie

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, sloppie, agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule3: I, sloppie, is buying the town of ARCADIA from coalminer4life for the sum of 17,000 ecc. I will pay full amount when I obtain the town of ARCADIA. When I am added I remove coalminer4life as owner.
