General Purpose of Contract:
For the safe rental of my Melon Sword (Eff5, unb3, ST1) to Sekatorr33 for 8 hours for 30k.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will lend my Melon Sword to Sekatorr33 for 8 hours on January 5th after this contract is approved.
The exact time of when I lend it to him will be screenshotted with a time stamp.
We will also be using a chest located at x=-12107, y=63, z=-11009 for when I pass the Melon Sword to him, and when he returns it to me as well.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1. Sekatorr33 will pay NinjazOwnager 30k for the 8 hours before receiving the Melon Sword.
2. Sekatorr33 must return the Melon Sword to the chest that is located at x=-12107, y=63, z=-11009 after the 8 hours.
3. Sekatorr33 may not and cannot sell or give the Melon Sword to ANYONE else other than when he returns it to the chest created by NinjazOwnager.
4. Since Sekatorr33 does indeed have the e-repair donation feature (extcommands+), he will not pass on or give the Melon Sword to anyone for any reason other than when he returns it to NinjazOwnager.
5. Along with the other conditions stated above, if the Melon Sword is stolen, lost, broken, or/and not returned to the chest agreed upon above after the 8 hours, Sekatorr33 agrees to repay a sum of $650,000 (650k) ECD within 2 weeks after the incident or a new Melon Sword with the exact same stats (Eff5, unb3, ST1) within 1 week. If all these conditions are not met within the time period stated above, he will be reported for breach of contract.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
