General Purpose of Contract:​

Loan revision.​

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:​

This contract is a continuation of the one here: http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.82106/#post-401190​

In the above contract, Tommy10606 has loaned $110,000 from me and used the towns of rockvalley and farmland as collateral, and has since admitted that he does not own rockvalley. This contract will redefine the collateral used as the towns of farmland and epicsilver.​

I have given Tommy10606 a loan of $110,000. I will remove myself as an owner from epicsilver and farmland when the loan is repaid. I will not change blocks or add or remove members or owners of [COLOR=#00ffff][SIZE=3][I][COLOR=#33cccc][SIZE=3][I][SIZE=3]epicsilver[/SIZE][/I][/SIZE][/COLOR][/I][/SIZE][/COLOR] and farmland during the loan.​

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:​

Tommy10606 will pay 10% interest per week, compounded. He will also add me as an owner to the towns epicsilver and farmland for the duration of the loan.​

If Tommy10606 fails to repay me within one month of the original contract (expires on 2-6-14), farmland and epicsilver will be be transferred to me and used to cover my losses.​

If Tommy10606 refuses to agree to this contract, or to repay the loan immediately, a complaint will be filed against him for violating the original contract.​

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:​
