General Purpose of Contract:​

I have come to an agreement with shotgunboy0137. He will build a large mansion located here http://tinyurl.com/lhj2qj8 . It is the 7th and 8th picture (the large one with the pool in backyard). We agreed that i would pay 300k upfront, and 200k after the mansion is finished to make a total of 500k. I will not be supplying building materials. He will decorate the interior and decorate the front yard, backyard (lawn) and he will landscape. MUST build a pool. He must finish it in 5 months. We will come to an agreement about where to place the portal.​

Finish the house. Furnish/design intereior. Furnish/design exterior (lawn and front/back yard/pool). Come to an agreement before Building a spot for the portal. Finish within 5 months. Landscape. Builder will supply ALL materials.​

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:​
