I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: - will consult with and utilize as a builder/designer Shotgunboy0130 in the Rising towns I have and will purchase close to Spawn - will, within reason, provide necessary building materials or the funds to obtain them - will provide at least two plots (one for a home, one for a shop) in these same towns - will, while contract holds, not evict for inactivity until 30 days offline - will consider this contract void in the event of a serious rule breach (requiring a ban) and from then on will follow all server rules regarding inactivity and property seizure The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: - will not try to place a town where I have already advised I plan to extend my Rising spawn Empire and will not encourage anyone else to do so - will follow the build plan and guidelines as advised by myself or a designated co-mayor (OnSceneReporter) of the towns in question - will not demand further compensation for not placing his town where I want mine I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
