In the event xpurexcorex ever wants to claim this town using the Tycoon+ claim system, 25sethgrenwillo agrees that the town can be claimed. He will not use the money provided for any purpose except the purchase of Mayor. In the event any of the previous clauses are violated, 25sethgrenwillo agrees that he will owe xpurexcorex $100,000 in compensation.
