General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the safe transfer and purchase of a town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will pay the user Zjkhan 85k for the cost of a mayor application. In the event that I wish to purchase a feature from the user I must pay them the cost of that application.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
That upon receiving 85k a town/mayor application will be filed, with the town posts as follows in the rising world.

The money may not be used for anything else. The town shall be named Mesatropolis. Upon receiving the town I must immediately add Jrg5978 as an owner to the town, and then remove myself from the town.
In the event that the user Jrg5978 wishes to buy a town feature he must pay me the cost of the application and re add me to the town as owner momentary. While being an owner I am not allowed to make any changes to the town. The money that I receive for the town feature must be used solely for buying that feature and nothing else. I agree that I will not claim back the town under any circumstances and if I do so I must pay Jrg5978, 120% of all the application money that he has supplied. (For example Jrg5978 spends 100k on the town, I would owe him 120k)


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
