General Purpose of Contract:
Trade of 30,000 EcoDollars for the town of Mirreyesmil

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
xpurexcorex agrees to provide $30,000 to SniperDog3000.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
SniperDog3000 agrees to the following:
He will do these commands:
/rg addowner Mirreyesmil xpurexcorex
/rg addowner Mirreyesmil PenguinPixi
/rg removeowner Mirreyesmil SniperDog3000
In the event he fails to do this it will be breach of contract unless fixed immediately
Failing to do any of these commands will be a breach of contract.
He agrees that he will not reclaim the town and that the town is now completely xpurexcorex’s and PenguinPixi's.
In the event xpurexcorex ever wants to claim this town using the Tycoon+ claim system, SniperDog3000 agrees that the town can be claimed.
In the event any of the previous clauses are violated, SniperDog3000 agrees that he will owe xpurexcorex $100,000 in compensation.
SniperDog3000 agrees to purchase necessary town structures (i.e Town Portals, Warps, PvP Arenas) Given that he is given the proper funding of what ever is being bought.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
