   General Purpose of Contract:
   For the safe purchase/transfer of spawnshop #24
   
   I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
   I will pay pbrassat17 2,100,000 (2.1mil) ECD, a melon sword (Eff5, unb3, ST1) named "Skittlebanana's Slicer" at a chest located at x=-12102 y=63 z=-11009 in Legacy (according to logblock with /lb tb), and 20k (for 4 week rental) before pbrassat17 files an app for the transfer of his spawnshop #24 to me (konan200x).
   If I fail to uphold my end of the contract, the contract will be void since there has been no transaction.
   
   The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
   As soon as pbrassat17 receives the payment of 2.1mil ECD, a melon sword (Eff5, unb3, ST1) named "Skittlebanana's Slicer" at a chest located at x=-12102 y=63 z=-11009 in Legacy (according to logblock with /lb tb), and 20k (for 4 week rental) from me (konan200x), he is to immediately file an app for the transfer of spawnshop #24 to me.
   If pbrassat17 fails to uphold his end of the contract, he will have to immediately return everything he has received from me for payment.
   
   I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
