General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of North_Carolina, Moscow, and Georgia

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• xpurexcorex agrees to give ownership of the towns North_Carolina, Moscow, and Georgia to Iticip.
• Until July 10, 2014, xpurexcorex will allow Iticip the use of xpurexcorex’s efficiency 7 Pickaxe.
• Upon the payment being completed in full and the pickaxe returned, xpurexcorex agrees to allow any of the towns to be claimed by Iticip with the Tycoon + claiming system.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Iticip agrees to the following:

• To pay a total of $4,750,000 to xpurexcorex.
  • He can do this over the course of 19 weeks at a rate of $250,000 a week. He also may pay some of the funds early, however, the entire payment of $4,750,000 must be paid by July 10, 2014.
• In the event this is not paid, then he will be given an extra week to complete this contract. That week comes at an additional cost of $100,000. If at the end of July 17th, 2014 the entire sum is not completed, then Iticip will be in breach of contract.
• In regards to the Efficiency 7 pickaxe, Iticip will only be allowed to use it until July 10, 2014.
  • In the event the pick is broken or goes missing while Iticip is using it or when he was the last person to remove it from the chest, Iticip will have to repay an additional $800,000 to xpurexcorex.
    • In regards to the $800,000 fee, that will be due from the day it goes missing up until 5 weeks later. The payment can be made either in cash or nether stars. The nether star payment option will be dependent on the price, in nether stars, of an Efficiency 7 pickaxe at the star store at the moment of it going missing or broken.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
