General Purpose of Contract: Giving money to mr3pic in exchange for sole ownership of his mayor town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Delucaco will provide mr3pic with 85,000 ecodollars to apply for his mayorship.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: mr3pic will file the application below. Once the application is approved, mr3pic will add Delucaco as owner and remove himself from the permission list as well.
Additionally mr3pic agrees to the following terms:
1. Mr3pic shall not reclaim the town.
a. In the event the town is ever reclaimed the following apply to Mr3pic:
i. Mr3pic may not add or remove any locks
ii. Mr3pic may not add or remove any owners or members.
iii. Mr3pic may not sell the town.
iv. Mr3pic may not file any LWC removals on any member of the town.
2. Mr3pic shall not troll-lock LWC lockable items within the town, and if any are accidentally locked, shall assist in removing the lock(s) asap.
3. Mr3pic consents that Delucaco, or a third party contractually hired by Delucaco can use a Tycoon+ claim to claim the territory at any time, without extra expense or hassle.

4. Mr3pic will post this mayor application immediately after receiving $85,000 from Delucaco.

Additional information about your additional town: This town is for Delucaco to claim after the application is filed.

Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this?: Yes.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
