General Purpose of Contract:
I will provide peach14 with the mansion available in exchange for 65k ECC$ on a payment plan 10k being up front, peachy will pay the 10k up front then 10k each week until 60k payed off

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
\IF late 2k a day after 3 days with being late lose control of house unless emergency(all payemts must be made to me or appleprocucling or in sign if user perfirs)
