IGN:Probuilder300 Users Involved in this Contract: DeMacca General Purpose of Contract: Getting DeMacca mayor. Giving town ownership to Probuilder300, and later when Probuilder300 reaches the rank of Tycoon, Demacca will agree to have Probuilder300 to claim Frederiksberg as his own. DeMacca will be made a co-owner, but he is not allowed to remove Probuilder300 as owner. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, Probuilder300, Agree to these terms, and failure on my part will make this contract null and void. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Give Probuilder300 Ownership of Frederiksberg, The user is not allowed to spend any of the money Probuilder300 pays him, if he breaches the contract, DeMacca will have to pay Probuilder300 back all 85k and an additional interest rate of 5% each week the he does not pay it back. DeMacca is not allowed to remove Probuilder300 as owner. If DeMacca Removes Probuilder300 as owner of the town at any point in time, DeMacca has to add him back, and DeMacca will no longer be partial owner. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. There are a few things missing in this contract. Probuilder300 #1 - The town name. its just referred to as "town". I am guessing DeMacca is getting Mayor and a town. Please agree to a name and list it in the initial contract. #2 - who is paying who the 85k? Is the 85k being used to get Mayor? If it is, then it would be spent getting mayor and Demacca would immediately void the contract upon getting Mayor (by spending the money). Please reword this portion and be much more clear on what is going on. RagMan
