I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, shrinkwrap4me will buy redcross the town from romper83273 for $65,000. If I need to file for any additional town bonuses, I will pay her, then add her as an owner to apply for them. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Romper83273 agrees to not claim the town back once it's purchased for $65,000.
