General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of an Melon Sword

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will Provide Nyancats33 with a Melon Sword After receiving a payment of 162k.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Nyancats33 will give alpert3925 162k prior to receiving the Melon Sword from alpert3925 . After receiving the Sword Nyancats33 will make a 100k payment every 3 days to a sign located in the town of "McdonaldsFarm". These payments will last for a total of 15 days. During that 15 day period, Nyancats33 must pay an additional 100k (This making the total payment 600k. This does not include the 162k down payment). In the event that the 100k is not received on the dates required, Nyancats33 will immediately return the melon sword with absolutely no refund of prior payments. Nyancats33 MUST return the sword within 24 hours. The sword can be given to any staff member (Preferably Georgie0417) if Alpert3925 is not available to collect the sword. Should the sword be lost/stolen/broken, Nyancats33 will still owe all the required money due to alpert3925.If Nyancats33 refuses to return the sword after a missed payment he will be in breach of contract. At this point the staff team become involved and if an agreement cannot be made Nyancats33 is subject to ban for breach of contract at the staff teams discretion.

Due Date #2: April 4th 11:59 pm EST (At least 100k)
Due Date #3:April 7th 11:59 pm EST (At least 100k)
Due Date #4:April 10th 11:59 pm EST (At least 100k)
Due Date #5:April 13th 11:59 pm EST (At least 100k)

A total of 600k must be payed during this 15 day period.




I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
