General Purpose of Contract:
-Safe rental of a melon sword, named black katana. For all melon sword rentals between MrJiggle123 and blackbelt4eva.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
-Rent a melon sword to @MrJiggle123 the agreed duration, to be determined ingame screenshots will be taken for evidence. These agreements will be denoted in game by a link to this contract. The agreement will state the duration of the rental period and the rate.
-Provide an accessible chest for the melon sword to be returned to after the rental period has elapsed. Located in Legacy at:
X=-1814
Y=68
Z=4037
-To tell @MrJiggle123 when to pay for the rental
-Say when payment for rental has been received
-Agree that this contract will become void if both users agree to new terms, a new contract will be made.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
-Understand that the rental period begins the moment that blackbelt4eva acknowledges the payment and will return the melon sword by the end of the rental period, to be determined ingame screenshots will be taken for evidence. These agreements will be denoted in game by a link to this contract. The agreement will state the duration of the rental period and the rate.
-Understand that any amount paid to blackbelt4eva before he says pay will not count as payment and will be unrecoverable
-Return the melon sword as soon at the rental period has elapsed, to the chest locked by blackbelt4eva located at:

-If the sword is lost, stolen, broken, repay @blackbelt4eva with a new melon sword with unbreak 3 or 600k within twenty four hours. If this condition is not met I agree to pay blackbelt4eva an addition 10k per day the debt is late.
-Not sell the melon sword
-Only get moderators and other staff to repair the melon sword, their are two exceptions, lapkingkn can repair the sword and blackbelt4eva can repair the sword whenever he gets ext commands+
-Return the melon sword with maximum durability
-If returned late to pay 10k per every hour late
-To not give the melon sword to any other players with the exception of staff to get an erepair
-Agree that this contract will become void if both users agree to new terms, a new contract will be made.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

They are not specified on purpose, we got tired of writing new contracts for every transaction. We were hoping to make a contract that would apply to all rentals between us from this point on. The price and duration is left unspecified so that we can agree on the duration and price depending on the day and circumstances.
