General Purpose of Contract:
The transfer of full ownership of the town of southpark from _TANSTAAFL to will_the_warrior

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will give full ownership of southpark to will_the_warrior and won't try to take it back.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
No terms for will, I just want to give him a town. If he wants it.
