I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give Matt the sword after receiving 400k. After receiving the full payment, at the end of the 10 days Matt will own the sword. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @matthew_gruber once signing this contract will agree to pay me 400k. He will then pay me 30k each day for 10 days. Failing to make a payment on time will lead to a 10k+ payment on the next day. For example if he misses day 1, the next day [day2] Matt but pay 30k+30k+10k =70k [10k more than before]. If Matt misses 2 days in a row he must return the sword to me with not refund. I agree that the terms in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
