A month ago, I gave a 60k loan to the currently banned player Bad_Boy1_3 (if it is not appropriate to mention his name here, please feel free to remove it, I simply felt it was needed in order to understand the contract and I felt this was a private area in which to mention it out of necessity to a moderator), and because he could not pay back his loan, he offered to give me his town named "Madhouse" in reparation for the loan. My problem is this player is now to the point where he has entirely left ECC, and is not answering back my forum messages. All I have to ratify that he has offered me his town in return are these screenshots, as only he has the authorization to give a mod access to the conversation. I will be working to make these screenshots as acceptable proof as possible by providing within it the date in which they were taken to make them even more reliable. Please pm me if anything needs to be changed, or if there are any questions.
