IGN: Shrinkwrap4me Users Involved in this Contract: @Gregor1999 General Purpose of Contract: Gregor1999 will use my Efficiency V Unbreaking III Silk Touch I Diamond Sword, named Builder's Pride. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, shrinkwrap4me, as the initiator of this contract will let the user Gregor1999 use and share my Melon Sword under the condition he will give me, shrinkwrap4me $75,000 at the end of 1 week period. I shall not and will not rent it out and/or let any other user besides both users mentioned in this contract use the MSword before consulting with Gregor1999 about it. I will also not log off with the MSword for over two days without notice. Loss of the Sword means I will have to pay Gregor1999 $100,000 back. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Gregor1999 will return the Melon Sword, Builder's Pride at the following coords, X: -2625 Y: 43 Z: -4227. Failure to return will result in breach of contract. If he happens to lose, sell, or break the Melon Sword, Builder's Pride, he will have to pay $650,000. He shall also not log off with the MSword for over two days with prior notice. He will be given 3 months to pay this back if lost. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes.

Gregor1999 is my brother, he lost his information to the account, Gregor1999. So, he made a new account & put an underscore at the end of the new account.
