This shall all be completed within a 10 week time frame. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to clear out the area from X = -113 Y = 63 Z = -10209 to X = 59 Y = 105 Z = -10320, which is within creeperheat's town elazar. I will also provide @creeperheat with 40 of the dark oak saplings that I gather while clearing this area. I shall complete this excavation job within a total of 10 weeks after this contract is approved. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: I agree to not remove @matt8865 from the permission list of elazar while excavating the provided area. I also agree to pay @matt8865 $17,500 ecodollars to complete this job, AFTER the area has been completely excavated. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
