General Purpose of Contract:
Renting/loan of my Melon Sword named "Block_crusher's Melon Destroyer".

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I Block_crusher agree to rent my Melon Sword named "Block_crusher's Melon Destroyer" to NinjaSteve13 after this contract is accepted for two weeks.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Upon accepting this contract NinjaSteve13 agrees to pay me a total of 260k in a 13 day time period.
He will pay 20k per day to a sign in my vault. He will add 2 increments of 10k per day.

Failure to make a payment requires NinjaSteve13 Steve to pay a fine of 10k per day the payment is not received.

For example: Steve does not pay 20k on day 1, on day 2 he must pay 20k+20k+10k =50k (10k fine).

When not in use NinjaSteve13 must return the Melon Sword to the chest in my vault in the town "Coltcity" Failure to do so results in a fine of 10k. If for some reason the Sword is lost, stolen or broken NinjaSteve13 agrees to pay me 750k in a 2 week time period.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
