    General Purpose of Contract:
    @Solstice18 and I (@bombfacter) both agree to void the previous contract we have made(http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.98892/#post-499487) except I have to pay the 100k I got lent by august 24,2015(http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.98892/#post-499694)
    I , @bombfacter agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
    to void the contract between @Solstice18 and me @bombfacter

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
    To void other contract(http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.98892/#post-499487) buy @bombfacter must pay the 100k back by due date that @Solstice18 lent me@Solstice18

    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

    I do not agree to this contract. It needs to be altered to enforce the partial payment (100k) back to me within 4 weeks. I do NOT agree to fully void the other contract.

    If the two of you are unable to come to an agreement than the old contract will still be valid. I suggest starting a forum PM to discuss terms.

    @Inamine is this an enforceable contract as it looks? the terms (repaying 100k by august 24th) is what I want, but its in the wrong field, is this acceptable?

    The General purpose should say only something along the lines of "To void previous contract (link)"
    In the terms that @bombfacter is to complete it should state:
    Pay @Solstice18 100k and void everything from previous contract (link again)
    in the terms that @Solstice18 is to complete, it need only say:
    To void previous contract (link again)

    If this is to work for both of you, @bombfacter will need to edit the contract as I have stated above.
    Once that is done @Solstice18 will need to review the contract, and then post an agreement.

    Although this contract is almost there, it still lacks specific syntax. The agreement about the 100k goes in @bombfacter 's section of the contract, not my section of the contract, seeing as he is agreeing to repay me, and not the other way around. If we are still having problems after this one, i will write the contract myself.

    Please note that the payback date for the 100k is in 2015. If this is meant to be this way, and both parties agree on such a date, then so be it. Just noting this piece of the contract.

    I am worried about how many errors @bombfacter has had in creating this contract. Slipping in the 2015 due date worries me. I never noticed the 2015 due date, @Inamine thank you for noticing this. I really hope that the contract is completely correct the next time you try to make it, @bombfacter
