General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of the melon sword belonging to @DevotedToChrist to be purchased by @shrinkwrap4me for $900,000 ECD.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

#1 -- I, @DevotedToChrist, will provide the user @shrinkwrap4me, with the ability to use the melon sword in order to pay for its purchase the instant @shrinkwrap4me agrees to this contract. The only times the melon sword will not be made available to him is when I, @DevotedToChrist, requests to use it.

#2 -- I, @DevotedToChrist, will construct two items at the acceptance of this contract located at the coordinates X = -14856, y =203, z = 6566 in the Legacy world, made directly available by the command /warp divinity.

The first will be a double chest in which the melon sword will be made available to the player @shrinkwrap4me at all times, lest it be in the current possession of @DevotedToChrist. The double chest will remain available only to the players @DevotedToChrist and @shrinkwrap4me. @DevotedToChrist must return the msword to the chest prior to logging off the server, lest he pay a 5K ECD fine to @shrinkwrap4me. @DevotedToChrist must not retain possession of the msword for two consecutive hours at any point without placing it back in the double chest for a one hour period.

The second will be a trade sign that will allow for the payment of the msword by shrinkwrap4me in $1000 increments. The sign will remain untouched by @DevotedToChrist until the $900,000 ECD debt is fully paid.

#3 -- During this time, the msword may only be erepped by a member of the staff team for @DevotedToChrist. Should the msword be broken by @DevotedToChrist, the contract would be cancelled and a $200,000 ECD reparation payment will be made to @shrinkwrap4me.

#4 -- @DevotedToChrist will give perms for the Legacy town of Divinity to @shrinkwrap4me for the use of its farms.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

#1 -- After any use of the msword, @shrinkwrap4me will return the msword to its chest before logging off lest he pay @DevotedToChrist a 5K ECD fine.

#2 -- The msword may only be erepped by @shrinkwrap4me himself, and must never leave his possession except to return it to the chest, until the payment is made. Should for any reason @shrinkwrap4me lose his ability to erep the msword, only a member of the staff may erep it.

#3 -- @shrinkwrap4me has 50 days from the agreement of this contract to pay the $900,000 ECD debt to @DevotedToChrist. Any extensions will come in one-week increments and each will include a $25,000 ECD fine to be paid to @DevotedToChrist. There can be no more than 5 extensions of the contract.

#4 -- Should the msword be broken during the contract, a $1,000,000 ECD payment will be made to @DevotedToChrist in reparation of the melon sword.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
