General Purpose of Contract:
I want to make my town look more nice and be more active so i decided to give someone an area of the town for him/her to build prebuilts and/or luxury houses in it and sell them and i get X% from the winning
So @blueeagle5521 Volunteered and I'm giving him A 196X30 area of the town to build, marked by signs and we agreed that i get 20% of the wining while he supplies his own material and stuff.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
-I will give @blueeagle5521 a 196X30 area from the town marked by signs and let him take his time in building
-I will allow @blueeagle5521 to have access to the town's features: 1.Cooking pot 2.Fishing tables 3.Mini Potato Farm

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- Build luxury houses and/or prebuilts in the 196X30 area which was giving and marked for them and make sure that the floor is at Y=64
- Pay me 20% of the earning(income/wining Call it as you like )of each house/prebuilts sold
- Agree to the town's rules :O

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
