Looking at figure 1. we see that when relating mass and drop time we see that there is a negative slope which tells us that as the mass of the seeds increased the time that it took for the fruit to fall generally decreased. Figure 1. only takes into consideration the weight of Acer saccharinum. Looking at figure 2. when relating the length of the seed to the time that it took for the seed to fall, we notice that there is not much of a correlation between these two variables. We see that even though that there are some similarities in the length of the seed the time that it takes for the seed to fall can vary over a large range of time. Looking at figure 3. we saw that the larger seeds usually had a longer length in comparison to the small seeds. Looking at figure 4. we saw that the larger seeds usually had a larger mass in comparison to the small seeds.
