Crannington is closing down to be remade! Reimbursement

Read below for options on how to get compensated for your plot!

Option 1, Take down your house and sell the plot back to me.

• This is a simple option, you take down your house, remove your locks, and level the ground if there was a basement. I'll buy the plot back at the price at full price(edit after original post mis-calculated total cost the first time) after I have inspected the plot to confirm it is done. Also you will lose access to ask for repairs or any other feature from me for free.

Option 2, Remove locks and sell plot to me.

• This option allows allows you to just come in and unlock everything in the house, take your belongings and leave, I will buy the plot back at 50% value, and it must be inspected to make sure all locks are removed and the house is within town rules. Building rules are found in the portal room. Like option one, you will lose access to ask me for repairs or any other feature from me for free.

Option 3, Remove locks and take a "token" for a new, same sized plot when town is redone.(Recommended)

• Allows you to come collect you're belongs, remove you're locks, and leave, I'll take care of the house. Tokens will be placed on this thread. The house needs to be inspected by me to make sure all locks are gone and house is within town rules. While town is being rebuilt you will keep the ability to ask me for repairs or any other feature from me for free.

The towns offline removing rule is still in effect while refunds are being given, you will have 14 days to replay to this thread, or contact me in-game/forum pm to chose your option. Failure to do so will result in being removed from town without and compensation.

Also all refunds will be given when I have funds to give them, I'd recommend contacting me to make sure I have the required amount beforehand.

Kyle, If you would even pay 20k for a 3x3 plot you need to rethink how you buy plots...
