As the title suggest, we're creating low cost pre built homes for towns - they're designed to have multiple homes built in a row, and most builders can afford them in a day of voting and a bit of work.

these homes are left unfurnished to give the resident control over their personal placement of more valuable items, unless instructed otherwise, this will remain the case.

Pre built homes that look good help raise the value of plots in a town, the prettier the town the more plots will fetch for, even if left vacant.

 

This one cost 3.5k to have constrcuted, emphasis on the facade and space while still having large windows and 3 tall ceilings

Most builders will be able to afford this their first day, they're meant to be constructed in a line of about 4-5
