if you provide materials i will build them $1000 each starting price ... if you want balcony $250 extra and basement $500 extra ..... the basic house easily sells for $1500 as i have sold a few in my town if you dont provide materials 2k starting price (price of red brick in spawnshop added onto first one) if you do provide materials 3 stacks of redbrick 3 stacks of sandstone 3 stacks of cobble.....any extra materials left over wont be used or taken by me on either buildings

there are 5 floors in total each with different interior to the others for this reason pm me in game for a tour of either building before you decide weather you want one built

due to the massive size and time taken to build starting price is 10k if you provide materials ... if you dont provide materials then its 20k ... there are no additions i can add to this other than a choice of wool which you chose for free .... if you provide materials just give me a doublechest of oak logs 5 stacks of wool and 2 stacks of glowstone and 2 stacks of sand .... any extra materials left over wont be used or taken by me on either buildings
