Hello ECC! I am here to bring you my building skills for a relatively cheap price!! I will build you a modern or mansion on any plot size less than or equal to 30x30. Here is an example of my work, in my own house: ** NOTE** You can select whatever materials for your house, but if you do not supply them there will be a charge for me to buy all the blocks. Also I want to point out that this is a modern style of architecture, however this doesnt mean I go about with white wool and glass only. I actually prefer warm-colored blocks to build with which is why I chose logs, sandstone, and green wool for the inner floors. Spoiler Obviously the prices of the houses will vary with size, but for a house similar to mine, you can expect a price of about 20-30k. This is a considerable amount of money, I understand this. However, similar mansions of equal or lesser value sell for upwards of 80k quite often.
I'm very interested in having you work along side me in my upcoming Italian town, or in my current modern town.
20-30k for a ordinary house?.. Anyone could make a "custom mansion" such as this one.. The 80k plus mansions are much larger, have more expensive materials, are in very exclusive towns and have features such as acro training. 20-30k is incredibly over priced
I sold a mansion for 125k to someone and my towns is secluded and special so. Heres a pick of it, i dont think his pricing is over priced i actually do think its just right. Its not really about the materials its about the quality and how it appeals to your eye.
Also as I said the mansion in your screen shot is like 100 time bigger than Stins little house.. And the materials are more expensive
I do believe his houses are worth at least 25k because of how they look, now that's from the pictures i haven't seen them ig.

Good try but both houses have a main material as smooth sandstone, also I use probably 1k in logs which is something he didn't have on his house.
