    Oh I should have given an update for Ian's, his are nearly complete I did the first three in like 2-3 days of his asking me but the last town I had trouble with and am finally nearly done.

    So around 1-3 days average

    This is awesome! I really appreciate you doing this for me. It saved me so much time so I could study for the SATs and not have to worry about my 4 towns being made. If I get a great score of the SATs, it was because of @BuildsByGideon !

    When you do this do you set up the town for us or do we have to do the preparation, and seccont, will you Accually create mine out/clear out the land and make it a town is we already own a town. If so how much

    Pretty much all you have to do is give me the relative area of where you would like the town. No paper work no town posts etc I will cover that, however if you want a town next to another one you will have to specify that. I hope that answers your question.

    No, I do not provide this service, all I do is create a region that is locked to the general public unless you or the town owner adds them, clearing towns and general work like that you would have to find another user to do for you. I know that @Ladyvamptress sometimes does this service :)

    Town transfers would have to be between you and the user who owns the town, I would give you the information about him etc and they would do that, after the town is placed and flags etc I am no longer apart of it :)

    Price of 5 towns would be 575k with a 4k/town discount for quantity :)
