Rates are semi-negotiable and discounts can be given for people at resident+/have donated.. loans at/under 100k have a 10 day pay period anything over 100k has a 30 day pay period. Extensions may be given at a 5% interest gain (compounded interest) and a deposit of atleast 10th of the loan Base interest rates 1k-10k (can middlemen at this level): 25% 11k-50k: 20% 51k-100k: 15% 101k+:10% *all loans must be Co signed to go through* Loans out: (Name/Base loan/ Return after interest/ Time frame/ Link to contract or MM name) Our brokerage firm is for those who wanted to put money into stocks but fear of losing money or don't want to deal with the hassle. Through our brokerage firm we take the fear out and only ask for a cut of the earnings.
